The Consultant will be responsible for executing data conversions, analyzing business processes, and providing expert advice on human capital management systems. Day-to-day tasks will involve detailed data analysis, mapping and transformation processes, and ensuring seamless integration between Peoplesoft and ADP platforms. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Conversion experience
- Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes
- Consulting experience with a focus on Human Capital Management
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Experience with Peoplesoft and ADP systems is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field
