Contractor Performance Marketing Analyst (Contract)

Join our team as a contractual Performance Marketing Analyst to support Balsam Brands’ APAC growth.

• Create compelling ad copies
• Ensure campaign execution

This is a 6-month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila, with potential to extend. Contractor roles are paid hourly and engaged via the Upwork platform.

Contract Work Scope:

1. Data Reporting & Analysis: Compiles data from different sources to create reports, prepare graphs, and provide updates on metrics performance.
2. Account Management, Review & Audit: Campaign management and audits to identify areas for improvement.
3. Ad Creation and Monitoring: Proposes ad copies, uploads ads, and maintains ad copy feeds.
4. Project Coordination and Documentation: Creates structured documentation of processes.
5. Market Understanding and Audience Research: Stays up to date on digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• At least 2nd Year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in Paid Social Media and PPC, is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools; prior experience is a plus
• Great attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy

Must-haves:

• Laptop with minimum 8GB Memory, Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 256GB Storage, Windows 10 or 11.
• Fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection with a minimum actual speed of 50MBPS.

This is a contractual, home-based job that requires a scheduled eight (8) hours of full-time, dedicated work daily, five days a week.

Rate: USD 5.61 hourly

Payment Mode: Weekly via Upwork
