Accompaniment of the organization in the transition to a new information system.
Planning, monitoring the implementation and assistance in change management to ensure a successful system adoption.
Objective: Ensure the implementation of a new IS within the allocated deadlines and budget.
- Elaboration of the detailed implementation plan.
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Validation of detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Monitoring of the configuration/development of the target solution.
- Training of users and change management.
- Monitoring the quality of the implementation (testing, validation).
- Management of risks and incidents during deployment.
Skills Required: Master in Information Systems, Project Management, Systems Engineering, Information Technology Management.
