Primary Contact for Project Matters: Act as the main point of contact for project-related issues.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services and exceed expectations.
Project Scope & Objectives: Define project scope and objectives based on client agreements.
Planning & Reporting: Plan project activities, set deadlines and milestones, and prepare monthly reports for clients and management, forming the basis of invoicing.
Proven Pharmacovigilance Experience: Strong track record in Pharmacovigilance, including ICSRs processing, quality review, report writing, literature screening, reconciliation, and SOP preparation.
PV Project Management: Proven experience in PV project management, ideally from a CRO or service provider.
Senior-Level Communication: Comfortable communicating with senior pharmaceutical professionals.
Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent leadership skills, strong in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German.
