Dane Street is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with an active Louisiana medical license to perform independent medical reviews on a flexible, fully remote basis.
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate medical records and determine the medical necessity of proposed orthopedic treatments and surgeries
- Review appealed cases and provide objective, evidence-based recommendations
- Submit clear, concise reports using Dane Street’s secure online portal
- Follow nationally recognized clinical guidelines and best practices
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
- Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Current clinical or surgical practice
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently in a digital, remote setting
