We are seeking a Pillar Management Lead to join our team. Accelerate value creation from existing initiatives by strategically solving problems, removing roadblocks and defining new initiatives to bridge value gaps.
Support initiative execution, tracking progress and communicating to the Transformation Office (for Consumer, Business, or Copper functions).
Collaborate across Transformation Office functions (Rapid Response, Operational Excellence, Governance, Analytics) for a targeted approach to financial and operational metrics.
Pillar team responsibilities include: developing action plans, providing weekly business visibility, and creating mitigation plans.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with initiative owners and sponsors, escalating issues, improving processes, tracking progress, updating charters, maintaining master trackers, analyzing budget gaps, troubleshooting and accelerating initiatives, and proactively identifying challenges.
Also responsible for strategic program reviews, risk assessments, continuous improvement, and executive communication/presentations.
Skills needed: Proven experience, academic background (BA/MA in Business Administration, Engineering or related field), strong telecom experience, multi-functional background, understanding of organizational interplay, strong quantitative skills, project management skills, excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management experience.
