We’re looking for someone to drive the energy transition for Germany’s industrial and mid-sized businesses. As part of our C&I Team, you’ll own planning processes, ensure quality technical documentation, and improve project delivery at scale.
Enpal Commercial and Industrial is accelerating Germany’s SME sector energy transition. Our team designs and implements customized energy solutions (rooftop solar, charging infrastructure, commercial-scale battery storage). Join us!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical system planning (sales team & external planning partner)
- Review & translate planning documents (cost calculators, feasibility reports)
- Manage incoming requests, track progress, optimize internal workflows
- Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth communication
Qualifications:
- University degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related, with sustainability/energy systems focus
- Experience in photovoltaic project planning/execution
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong English skills, German reading a plus
- Motivation to support energy transition for commercial/industrial customers
