Full-Time Platform Engineer

TrustYou is a leading AI-driven hospitality platform transforming guest experiences and empowering businesses.

We're looking for a talented Platform Engineer to join our Platform/Infrastructure team. You'll build and operate our private cloud infrastructure with a focus on Kubernetes, IaaC tools like Ansible, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure on bare metal servers.
• Automating infrastructure provisioning using GitOps workflows.
• Enabling frequent and reliable deployments for other engineering teams.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing cloud performance to meet business requirements and SLAs.
• Implementing and maintaining security best practices and compliance standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
• Supporting and mentoring other engineers.

Required Skills:

• More than 5 years of experience, including 1 year managing Kubernetes infrastructure with IaaC tools like Ansible
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages
• Knowledge of networks, especially Kubernetes CNIs
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and GitOps approach
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or Thanos)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with distributed storage systems (CEPH or Minio)
• Experience operating databases (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse, or RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with public clouds (AWS or Azure)
• Bias for automation
