Full-Time Platform Engineer/DevOps

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer/DevOps passionate about technology development to join our skilled team on our flagship product, the Net2Phone Team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IaaC solutions to improve the software development process.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team for stable software and system interdependencies.
• Handle incident management and system troubleshooting.
• Ensure system security following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance engineering tools, systems, procedures, and data security.
• Optimize the company's computing architecture.
• Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
• Provide documentation for delivered features.

Requirements:

• Understanding of AWS services and concepts (2+ years).
• Basic knowledge of Python (1+ year) or other mainstream languages (C#/Java/JavaScript/Golang) with willingness to learn Python.
• Experience with Cloud Formation/CDK.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good English level (B2 or higher).
