As a Platform Lead, you will lead, manage, and support the DevOps/SRE group, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

As a Platform Lead, you will lead, manage, and support the DevOps/SRE group, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the DevOps/SRE team.
- Collaborate across teams to define architecture and technical strategy.
- Own platform availability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Develop automation, observability, and processes for high availability and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance build and deployment processes.
- Ensure cost-effective use of third-party providers (e.g., AWS).
- Design and manage security controls for compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Educate software engineers on operational thinking.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years cloud software design, development, and operation experience.
- 5+ years DevOps/SRE experience, preferably on AWS.
- Technical leadership and people management skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud design patterns, operations, security, and cost models.
- Ability to manage risk, ambiguity, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with our tech stack (C#, TypeScript, React, Kafka, Terraform, AWS, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions, New Relic, Wiz) is a plus.
