We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO Analyst to join LGC and provide governance to various key projects.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing analytical insights, managing project portfolios, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Role Responsibilities
- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for project improvements. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Monitor project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources across projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios.Experience working within the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
