Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead a global team of Project Managers (15+).
• Drive operational excellence, contributing to $30M+ annual revenue.
• Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Leadership: Lead and develop PMs; Define and implement project management standards; Foster collaboration and communication.
• Project & Customer Management: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction; Proactively mitigate risks; Resolve customer issues.
• Operational Excellence: Lead resource planning; Track KPIs; Improve efficiency and customer outcomes; Implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, project management, engineering).
• 10+ years experience in enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and PSA tools.
• Experience creating and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Skills: Deep expertise in project management; Ability to manage remote teams; Relationship building; Analytical skills; Problem-solving skills; Collaboration skills.
