Full-Time PMO Practice Manager

As a PMO Practice Manager, you will cultivate accountable consultants, drive delivery excellence, and enable clarity for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Project Managers.
• Contribute to the evolution of Burwood’s PMO.
• Support resource planning and project health reviews.
• Serve as a point of escalation for delivery issues.
• Attract, develop, and retain project leaders.
• Partner with Sales and Account Executives.
• Maintain visibility into key accounts.
• Monitor project delivery and stakeholder reporting.
• Track and achieve team profitability goals.

The Tech Stuff:

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery
• Experience managing Project Managers
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
• Understanding of project financials
• Experience in navigating complex client landscapes
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred

Nice To Haves:

• Experience in designing or maturing PMOs
• Experience managing initiatives anchored in M&A cycles
• Experience providing advisory services in project leadership
