Role Description: Program Manager will facilitate and lead strategic initiatives. Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams. Manage and enhance customer relationships. Provide full accountability for project budgets, schedules, project management, and performance requirements for enterprise level projects.
- Ensuring project requirements are gathered, understood, and properly translated.
- Building teams to address project goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with customers from requirements gathering through product/process acceptance.
- Aligning the program team to customer needs.
- Reviewing project schedules.
- Providing guidance and motivation to project teams.
- Communicating project objectives.
- Serving as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor(s).
- Devising creative solutions to critical customer and user needs.
- Managing development of project plans.
- Recognizing project's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
- Obtaining and summarizing current project information and milestone status.
- Driving project/program tasks to completion.
- Coordinating the efforts of the team to develop an integrated project plan and risk analysis.
- Managing Resource capacity and time tracking.
- Financial Management and analysis of costs.
- Accountable for overall project success.
- Balancing the cost, schedule and time frames against the project requirements.
- Reporting project status, issues and implemented solutions.
- Providing leaders with updates.
- Recognizing potential problem areas and implement alternative solutions.

Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Adept at navigating diverse landscapes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and project management software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum five (5) years work-related experience in project management or related discipline.
- Minimum five (5) years work-related experience in regulated industries.
