Full-Time PMO Program Manager - Medical Devices

Role Description: Program Manager will facilitate and lead strategic initiatives. Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams. Manage and enhance customer relationships. Provide full accountability for project budgets, schedules, project management, and performance requirements for enterprise level projects.

• Ensuring project requirements are gathered, understood, and properly translated.
• Building teams to address project goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with customers from requirements gathering through product/process acceptance.
• Aligning the program team to customer needs.
• Reviewing project schedules.
• Providing guidance and motivation to project teams.
• Communicating project objectives.
• Serving as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor(s).
• Devising creative solutions to critical customer and user needs.
• Managing development of project plans.
• Recognizing project's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
• Obtaining and summarizing current project information and milestone status.
• Driving project/program tasks to completion.
• Coordinating the efforts of the team to develop an integrated project plan and risk analysis.
• Managing Resource capacity and time tracking.
• Financial Management and analysis of costs.
• Accountable for overall project success.
• Balancing the cost, schedule and time frames against the project requirements.
• Reporting project status, issues and implemented solutions.
• Providing leaders with updates.
• Recognizing potential problem areas and implement alternative solutions.
• Providing key stakeholders with regular project performance status.
• Driving continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
• Demonstrating a commitment to customer service.
• Coaching others through difficult decision making situations.
• Driving relevant, concise and effective communication.
• Complying with company security policy.

Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Adept at navigating diverse landscapes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and project management software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five (5) years work-related experience in project management or related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years work-related experience in regulated industries.
