Compensation:
- Independent Contractor Position
Requirements:
- Expert in Podiatry E/M, CPT and ICD-10 and office procedures coding
- Minimum of 3 years’ Podiatry coding or auditing in a doctor’s office or outpatient setting
- CPC (AAPC) Certification and/or CCS (AHIMA) Certification (Preferred)
What you will be doing:
- Abstracting CPT and ICD-10 codes on all procedures and services documented
- Abstracting HCPCS codes on all procedures and services documented
- Determines the final diagnosis and procedures stated by the physician are valid and complete
Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned work according to client deadlines
