The Portfolio team ensures the business works on the right things at the right time. They assess, sequence, and align new initiatives before resource commitment, ensuring resources deliver the most value and enabling responses to shifting priorities.
What you will do:
- Manage new project, feature, and change requests from stakeholders.
- Assess requests for business value, strategic alignment, urgency, and feasibility.
- Facilitate prioritization discussions with portfolio leadership.
- Assign resources effectively, balancing capacity, skillsets, and priorities.
- Serve as the primary contact for request status, timelines, and resource availability.
- Maintain up-to-date records on dashboards and systems to track progress.
- Adhere to intake, prioritization, and allocation policies, as well as best practices.
- Work closely with portfolio managers, project leads, and other teams to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
