Full-Time Portfolio Management Lead

• Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management.
• Lead operational cohesion, modern ways of working, and strategic clarity across our Product organization.
• Focus on advancing three priority areas:
  • Own and evolve portfolio-level operations and communications.
  • Maturing our OKR practice.
  • Align leaders and teams towards Product Operating Model (POM).

• Lead and optimize portfolio-wide operating rhythms.
• Develop and maintain communication frameworks.
• Serve as the connective tissue across teams.
• Launch and scale change management frameworks.
• Drive the evolution of how we manage and communicate progress.

• Support the evolution of our OKR process.
• Coach leaders and teams on effective goal-setting practices.
• Create guidance, feedback loops, and learning materials to improve clarity and consistency in OKRs.

• Partner with leaders and teams to align the Product Operating Model (PMO).
• Design tools, experiences, and artifacts that strengthen product thinking and learning.
• Champion cultural shifts that support a modern, product-led mindset.
• Help architect and evolve the ecosystem that enables the POM.

• Experience with portfolio-level operational skills.
• Experience supporting OKR strategy and practice.
• Experience engaging leaders and teams in modern product operating models.
• Ability to connect complex processes.
• Experienced facilitator, storyteller, and relator.
• 10+ years in transformation, strategy, product ops, or product leadership roles.
• Expertise in OKR frameworks and implementation.
• Familiarity with SVPG's Product Operating Model, Agile, Lean, or other modern product methodologies.
