Job Details

Bertoni Solutions is seeking a Power Platform Specialist with technical and admin experience for a 100% remote role supporting a US client.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with the AA&AI team to gather requirements, develop, design, implement, and support objectives using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps/ALM for functional and technical expertise.
  • Maintain and implement CoE for environment maintenance.
  • Conduct POCs for ALM with DevOps repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor applications and guide citizen developers to maintain compliance with best practices and DLP strategy.
  • Centralize DevOps to develop best practices and processes.
  • Expose DevOps to citizen developers for self-service needs.
  • Maintain online community and provide support through community channels.
  • Develop a "Champions Program" to support the community's needs.
  • Provide frequent updates to the citizen developer community on standards, governance, new features, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience, 1-3 years in a similar role.
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills.

Contract Type: Independent contractor (statement of work). No tax deductions, insurance, or PTO.

Location: 100% Remote in the US.

Duration: 1 year, potential renewal based on performance.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week), US Eastern Time (EST).

Equipment: Contractor must provide their own PC/laptop.

Process: 1 Bertoni interview, 1 technical interview with the partner, 2 interviews with the end client.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, strong communication skills, attention to detail, collaborative and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
