Full-Time Preconstruction Project Manager

• Lead site feasibility assessments.
• Oversee due diligence activities.
• Develop and execute permitting strategies.
• Manage design consultants.
• Build and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Define EV charging infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate with utilities and design teams.
• Lead engagement with EVSE vendors.
• Review electrical design packages.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Deliver executive-level updates.
• Develop design standards and permitting workflows.
• Support integration of renewable energy systems.
• Oversee a pipeline of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management.
• Proven track record managing multi-site development programs.
• Strong estimating and budgeting skills.
• Understanding of EV charging technologies.
• Experience managing electrical infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes.
• Understanding of permitting and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
