Full-Time Preconstruction Scheduler - EV Construction Management

• Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, permitting, and construction teams.
• Integrate permitting timelines, utility coordination, and jurisdictional review cycles.
• Support due diligence efforts by identifying schedule risks.
• Track and manage long-lead items and procurement timelines.
• Review and validate schedules provided by consultants and contractors.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule updates and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and cost planners.
• Assist in the development of standardized scheduling tools and templates.
• Participate in design coordination meetings.
• Support early execution planning including mobilization, site access, and utility upgrades.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in scheduling or preconstruction planning.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction workflows.
• Experience with infrastructure and utility coordination.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project.
• Ability to interpret design documents, permitting requirements, and construction plans.
• Experience working with AHJs, utility providers, and municipal agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify schedule risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
