Full-Time Preconstruction Scheduler - EV Construction Management

• Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and permitting teams.
• Integrate permitting timelines and utility coordination.
• Identify schedule risks related to site conditions and entitlements.
• Track long-lead items and procurement timelines.
• Review schedules from consultants and contractors.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare schedule updates and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and cost planners.
• Assist in developing standardized scheduling tools.
• Participate in design coordination meetings.
• Support early execution planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in scheduling or preconstruction planning.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction workflows.
• Experience with infrastructure and utility coordination.
• Proficiency in scheduling software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to interpret design documents and permitting requirements.
• Experience working with AHJs and utility providers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
