About your tasks:Shape our pricing strategy by continuously improving and implementing our pricing model to drive profitability.Analyze and optimize prices based on key KPIs to ensure the best balance between sales and margin growth.Monitor financial impacts of pricing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing and margin strategies.Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and extract key insights.Enhance pricing tools and processes to support data-driven decision-making.
About you:Experienced in pricing, revenue management, or a similar field, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment.Strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to drive decision-making.Strong Excel skills and ideally other tool knowledge (e.g., R or Python).Proactive approach and a strategic yet hands-on mentality.Enjoy collaborating with different teams and have fluent English skills.Able to work remotely, but willing to come to the Cologne office once a week.
This position is planned as a part-time role with 20 hours per week.
