About the Role: Digital.ai Services Consultants plan and implement high-touch customer engagements. You provide a comprehensive services strategy (consulting, technical implementation, and education). You partner with internal teams (Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Product Support) to help customers achieve business goals. Help customers accelerate DevOps transformation and realize value from Digital.ai software investments.
What You Will Do:
- Interact with customer leadership to understand business and technical goals
- Partner with customer DevOps teams to understand current DevSecOps and CI/CD tools/processes
- Architect and implement optimized Digital.ai DevOps and Continuous Testing solutions to automate and accelerate software delivery
- Document results and outcomes
- Define best practices around Digital.ai technologies
- Contribute to product design and support knowledge base
- Advise customers on DevOps and CI/CD best practices
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's (or higher) in CS or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years architecting, installing, administering, or scripting web application platforms
- 5+ years DevOps experience (e.g., Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Gitlab, etc.)
- 3+ years delivering custom solutions
- Development skills in at least one language (C/C++, Java, Python, etc.)
- Proven ability to coach and collaborate with clients at all levels
- Aptitude to explain technical challenges to non-technical people
- Continuous improvement attitude, applying DevOps, Agile, Lean
- Resilience in dynamic environments
- Relentless curiosity and desire to learn
- Strong teamwork, communication (English), and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel 40%

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 base. Additional compensation possibilities.
