Full-Time Principal Data Scientist

We are seeking Data Scientists, including Lead and Senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data preparation and statistical analysis.
• Development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.
• Evaluation of various data sources and identification of hidden patterns.
• Creation of insightful variables.
• Development and comparison of multiple machine learning models.
• Validation and cross-validation of recommendations for sustained performance.
• Consulting and client interactions: understanding business problems, industry context, data sources, potential risks, and constraints.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams for solution development.
• Design, implementation, and optimization of advanced models using Python, SQL, and GCP.
• Application of mathematical optimization techniques, including Gurobi.
• Building and managing scalable data pipelines and orchestrating workflows using tools like Airflow and Dataproc.
• Clear communication of analytical findings and methodologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience (Senior Data Scientist) or 5-7 years (Lead Data Scientist) in data science or advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based environments (GCP preferred).
• Proven experience with mathematical optimization, including hands-on use of Gurobi (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dataproc.
• Strong business acumen and ability to contribute effectively to complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
