Experian is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to join our Analytics Innovation group. This role focuses on developing agentic AI solutions and advanced marketing analytics models.
You’ll have opportunity to:

- Design, code, and test AI agents for autonomous decision-making.
- Apply coding knowledge to create agentic AI techniques for consumer lending.
- Conduct data analysis and develop predictive models.
- Prototype and improve agent behaviors using Python, Spark, and agentic frameworks.
- Support the deployment and monitoring of AI models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new analytical products.
- Advanced Python programming
- Big data platforms for scalable analytics and deployment
- Building agentic AI frameworks or tools
- Cloud-based data platforms and ML deployment
- 7+ years in consumer lending and marketing analytics
