Job Details
We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to help shape and activate innovative processes that redefine how we measure consumer shopping behavior. As an individual contributor, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our latest measurement innovation across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop methodological frameworks for market-specific implementations in price estimation and imputation.
- Ensure technical accuracy while driving scalable, reliable, and highly automated solutions.
- Collaborate with in-market and global teams to ensure the successful rollout, stability, and continuous quality of our product.
Requirements:
- University degree (Master or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Socioeconomics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Research or related industry.
- Working knowledge of Python and optionally R.
- Experience with SQL and large-scale databases.
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and basic knowledge of statistics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
- Project management experience.
