Job Details
We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to help shape and activate innovative processes that redefine how we measure consumer shopping behavior. As an individual contributor, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our latest measurement innovation across Europe.
- Collaborate with in-market and global teams.
- Support developing and implementing methodological frameworks for market-specific initiatives.
- Drive scalable, reliable, and highly automated solutions, especially in the field of projection.
- Stakeholder and project management skills
- Agile, solution-oriented ways of working
- Coding experience and technical skills
- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Socioeconomics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Research or related industry
- Working knowledge of Python and R (data extraction, cleaning, analysis, visualization)
- Experience with SQL and large-scale databases
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
