Contribute to the development and execution of a technology roadmap to support strategy and objectives.Lead engineering team in strong development practices for quality and continuous improvements.
Drive innovation and creative solutions with cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
Accountable for the overall vertical solution architecture function, participating in technology decision-making.
Oversee architecture, development, and upkeep of core platforms in collaboration with the engineering team at Xplor Technologies and vendor partners.
Establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in systems development.
Contribute to the vision and direction for future products and services.
Demonstrate innovative thinking in defining and prototyping the use of leading-edge technologies for all aspects of the product family.
Review new and existing solution architecture for security, scalability, and maintainability alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and diagrams.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership in defining business strategy and designing solutions for current and future needs.
Establish strong relationships with leadership to ensure technology application and benefits are well understood, including advocating and supporting technological solutions of others.
Define and deliver architectural roadmaps, considering technical debt, development bottlenecks, and aspirational architecture initiatives to drive revenue, reduce costs, and support company goals.
Provide coaching and mentorship to the platform engineering team, establishing objectives and enhancing their performance and outcomes.
5+ years experience in architecting and delivering software platforms across multiple products and units.
3+ years of progressive experience leading software engineering teams.
Expert knowledge of multiple programming languages (C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/VueJS).
Expert skills in CI/CD, DevSecOps, Microservices, Performance Engineering, API management.
Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture (Azure and Azure DevOps).
Experience with agile development practices.
Strong business acumen to understand technology's impact in global organizations.
