Requirements:
Total experience 13+ years.
Strong Architect experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements
Strong working experience in Industry Cloud and OmniStudio.
Experience in architectural design and integration of Salesforce solutions across Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Community cloud.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware solutions.
Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations to support business operations.
Expertise in Salesforce development tools like Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and CLI.
Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado.
Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices for process optimization.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and recommend their application to improve business processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to document technical specifications, solution designs, and coding standards.
Proven ability to mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and insights.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent certifications.
Responsibilities:
Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and being able to convert them into a technical design that elegantly meets the requirements
Mapping decisions with requirements and being able to translate the same to developers
Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
Writing and reviewing design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
