Your CareerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our Engineering Productivity team. You will challenge the status quo and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with engineering teams, empowering them in developing and delivering products with high quality and velocity. Security is paramount throughout the product lifecycle.
Your Impact

- Execute and deliver impact individually and through the team.
Tool Management and Optimization
Plan, deploy, and manage GitLab, Vault, and Artifactory across different environments. Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
CI/CD Pipeline Development
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive CI/CD templates for use across various engineering teams.
AI Infrastructure Management
Oversee the development and maintenance of AI infrastructure. Implement AI tools to enhance developer productivity and coding efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration.
Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Monitor and troubleshoot engineering productivity tools promptly.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements. Stay updated with industry trends.
Your Qualifications
- Extensive engineering background, experience with developer tools and technologies.
- Passionate about developer productivity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Knowledge of IaC and config mgmt tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with Go, Python, or other languages at production scale.
- Understanding of Unix/Linux, SSH, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with GitLab, Vault, and Artifactory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
