Principal Events Manager at ATPCO
Plans, coordinates, and executes company events (internal and external). Supports third-party events, customer conferences (e.g., Elevate), and internal functions. Ensures a seamless experience aligned with ATPCO's brand and strategic goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Shapes event strategy, aligns with ATPCO's business goals, drives innovation.
- Leads complex, large-scale event design and execution, ensuring brand alignment.
- Advises senior leadership on event initiatives, enhances customer engagement, and industry presence.
- Cultivates relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite, sponsors, partners) for successful collaborations.
- Oversees budgets, ensures organizational alignment, and measures ROI for all events.
- Leads end-to-end agile project management for high-impact ATPCO events, manages cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
- Manages day-to-day logistical components of events.
- Develops and implements event metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Drives continuous improvement, optimizes processes, and creates creative event solutions.
- Leads, mentors, and develops the events team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience in event management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex events.
- CMP certification
- Strong agile project management skills (planning, budgeting, vendor negotiation, risk management).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with large-scale/high-profile virtual and in-person events.
- Proficiency in event software tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Cvent).
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- PMP or Agile-related certification (CSM, ACSM, CPSM, CAL, CAF).
Salary Range: $106,400 - $118,050
