Full-Time Principal Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Full Stack Developer with a strong background in AI & Agentic solutions.

This role will lead initiatives to design, develop, and optimize our enterprise AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high performance across our technology stack.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions to enhance automation and intelligence across enterprise applications.
• Lead the development of full stack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate AI models and agentic solutions into existing systems, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for systems, processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose enhancements to improve workflows, tooling, and system architecture.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on AI and agentic solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge in programming, with proficiency in languages such as Python, C# or JavaScript.
• Proven experience in integrating AI models and solutions into full stack applications.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, .Net).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code for provisioning scalable infrastructure.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers while driving adoption of best practices.

Skills:

• Expertise in managing complex full stack workflows at scale with modern frameworks and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/agentic solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize both cloud-based and on-prem infrastructures for scalability and security.
• Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with product, AI, and engineering teams.
