Full-Time Principal Implementations Project Manager

Role Overview The Principal Project Manager is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing strategic, high-impact SaaS projects. This role requires extensive project management experience and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations, critical to organizational success.
• Collaborate with leadership and clients to define project goals, scope, and success criteria.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage senior project teams, mentoring junior project managers.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in project management.
• Conduct gap analysis of processes and identify improvements.
• Proactively design new cross-functional processes to improve metrics (Time to Value, Time to Engage).
• Serve as a project management thought leader and promote process adherence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing large, complex SaaS projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Creative problem-solving and process improvement experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in related field.

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000 - $135,000 annual base + bonus.
