REQUIREMENTS:
Experience 13+ years
Strong experience in Machine Learning in Pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in Generative AI, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
Expertise in healthcare-specific AI/ML use cases such as genomics, diagnostics, and personalized medicine.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements like HIPAA, GDPR, and FHIR standards.
Experience with cloud platforms and ML Ops frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar).
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various domains.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
- Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
