Role: Customer Outcomes Platform Architect

Team: Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow

Purpose: Accelerate customer adoption of the ServiceNow platform, enabling faster value realization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.

Role Description: Advisory role, establishing a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions driving business outcomes. This includes best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.

Responsibilities:

• Developing strong relationships with executives and business leaders to understand client vision and ServiceNow's role in digital transformation.
• Translating business objectives into outcomes via customer roadmap.
• Interacting with customer architecture personnel (enterprise and solution) to analyze and translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints.
• Positioning ServiceNow as the system of action for integrated digital transformation.
• Establishing and advising on technical governance related domains and processes.
• Driving platform health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations and customizations.
• Working with clients and ServiceNow teams to establish delivery operating model governance for successful go-lives, user adoption, and ongoing support.
• Advocating ServiceNow's advisory leading practices and industry use cases.
• Contributing thought leadership (methodology and white papers) on optimizing customer outcomes.
• Guiding customers in prescriptive solution design and technical implementation decision points.
• Defining solutions across the platform aligning with delivered capabilities.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years management consulting experience in technology strategy, governance, data, and solution design.
• 10+ years large program experience leading architecture and design.
• Experience working with functional business leaders to identify business objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and architecture.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow technical and platform governance best practices.
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (CMDB, SecOPS, SPM, IRM) and integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
• Experience with ServiceNow's Orchestration and Automation capabilities.
• Certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Technical Architect).
• Meet FedRAMP environment requirements (background screening, U.S. residency, citizenship/status).

Compensation: $162,600 - $284,600 + equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
