Full-Time Principal Platform Architect (French Speaking)

Role Overview

Architects guide customers through digital transformation, leading solutioning discussions and driving successful project delivery. They provide thought leadership and expert guidance to ensure long-term value from the ServiceNow platform. They engage with senior stakeholders, aligning business objectives and technology solutions.

Unique Job Responsibilities:

• Act as an expert providing architectural guidance and technical governance.
• Build strong relationships with customer leaders to align solutions with business strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to bridge the gap between sales, solutioning, and execution.
• Contribute to leading practices and thought leadership.

Platform Architect Specifics:

• Advise customers in establishing a solid technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure customers leverage leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, and integrations.
• Guide teams to deliver solutions on a technical architecture designed for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers during the selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions.
• Guide customers, partners, and internal teams to provide successful solutions.
• Develop relationships with technical and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in their digital transformation.
• Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
• Manage technical governance and ensure instance health.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements.
• Maintain skills and certifications on relevant technologies and workflows.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI
• 12+ years of professional services experience
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status and reside in Montreal, Canada or nearby area
• Must be fluent in French & English
• Management consulting experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%
