Full-Time Principal Platform Architect - Public Sector

Unique Job Responsibilities:

• Act as an expert across contracts, providing architectural guidance and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with customer leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with business strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to bridge the gap between sales and execution.
• Contribute to leading practices and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide a point of view to the ServiceNow product strategy team.

Platform Architect Specifics:

• Technical advisory role, helping customers establish a technical foundation in ServiceNow.
• Ensure customers leverage leading practices around instance strategy and technical health.
• Guide ServiceNow, partner, and customer employees on the team.
• Interface with customers across Executive, Platform Owner, and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer during the selling and implementation of solutions.
• Be a technical expert to guide customers and team members.
• Develop relationships with technical and business leaders.
• Translate goals into a customer roadmap.
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard.
• Manage technical governance.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements.
• Contribute to leading practices related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain skills and certifications on relevant technologies.
• Support the professional development of others.

To be successful:

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Public Sector or State & Local experience required.
• ServiceNow Platform Experience required.
• FEDRAMP Adjudication required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience.
