Full-Time Principal Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager from UK or any other European region to join our team. You will develop cutting-edge AI-based Aerospace & Defense Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify investment cases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to lead investment planning and evangelize the product vision.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and clarify investment themes.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for MRO-related products.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses.
• Engage with MRO customers to gather requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities.
• A&D industry experience, working with an Airline, MRO, or OEM.
• Proven experience bringing complex MRO products from concept to deployment.
• Comprehensive understanding of MRO tools, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Deep experience managing through influence and driving results through cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
