We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Product Organization.
You will be accountable for driving business-impacting investments in areas of high ambiguity, driving strategy aligning with customer demands, business goals, and industry trends. You will report into a leader in Product Management, and can be based in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Define a vision and strategy for AI-powered collaboration in Smartsheet.
- Use company objectives, customer needs, market trends, and business outcomes (ARR growth focus) to inform your work.
- Drive alignment with cross-functional leaders (design, engineering).
- Create compelling, high-quality customer experiences.
- Use data to guide experimentation, decisions, and success evaluation.
- Partner with research, product design, data science, and analytics teams to run experiments and test prototypes.
- Communicate strategy, product insights, and experimental results to a wide audience.
- Mentor junior product managers and support their growth.
- Support other duties as needed.
Your Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of product management or consulting experience
- Experience delivering and scaling AI-driven user experiences on high-scale platforms.
- Experience prioritizing against and driving business outcomes (ARR growth focus).
- Experience in agile development environments (SAFe preferred)
- Experience delivering complex enterprise software products from inception to launch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to mentor junior teammates
- Four-year college degree; MBA preferred
