Principal Program Manager, Quality at Hims & Hers
Supporting the Global Head of Quality across 503a & 503b compounding programs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a growing team of Quality Project and Program Managers.
- Directly support the SVP, Global Quality and Quality, Safety, and Compliance team.
- Develop and execute a Quality Initiatives roadmap.
- Develop schedules for projects, coordinate shutdowns, and maximize manufacturing capability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Pharmacy, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day activities, ensure clear directives, and meet deliverables.
- Adapt projects to meet compliance and Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines.
- Utilize Quality Management Systems (Change Controls, corrective and preventive actions).
- Drive process definition, implement new tools/technologies, and drive accountability.
- Inform and escalate to the SVP, Global Quality regularly.
- Drive continuous improvement by managing projects, recommending enhancements to equipment, systems, and processes.
- Manage teams remotely and on-site (travel up to 50%).
Requirements:
- 12+ years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- 8+ years of project management in 503a and/or 503b Pharmaceutical Compounding.
- 8+ years managing a team.
- Masters Degree or Doctorate in relevant fields (Health Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience operating in product-driven organizations with many stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience managing stakeholders and being flexible.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Can-do attitude, positive and enjoys managing multiple tasks.
- Curious and collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork.

Conditions of Employment:
- Working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) requiring PPE.
- Medical approval for respiratory protection (N95, full-face respirator, etc.).
- Physical exertion (walking, standing, lifting, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of potential risks in handling HD (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity).
