Full-Time Principal Site Reliability Engineer

We're looking for a curious, rigorous, problem-hungry Site Reliability Engineer to lead Ashby's infrastructure as we scale.

Ashby builds software for talent teams to create an efficient and delightful hiring process. You'll be an engineer building a reliable platform for excellent engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize our internal tools and systems
• Establish automated security and privacy guardrails
• Help developers ship features quickly with reliable deployments
• Define and implement SLOs/SLIs
• Ensure communication with external services supports retries and circuit breakers
• Build the infrastructure for an event-driven architecture and data warehouse
