Full-Time Privacy Engineering Manager

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of privacy integration engineers.
• Partner with product team and stakeholders to define technical requirements from business and compliance needs.
• Serve as the engineering owner of OneTrust to manage integrations, workflows, and system configurations across OneTrust modules (DSR/CMP).
• Remain hands-on approximately 30% of the time.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Champion code quality, conduct peer reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Ensure change requests and deployments are executed successfully and on schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field — or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of professional experience working with integrated systems (testing, vendor platforms)
• 2+ years of leading or managing engineering teams
• 1+ years of direct hands-on experience with OneTrust (DSR/CMP experience strongly preferred)
• Experience with object-oriented programming and/or scripting languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with API integration and web services (Postman a plus)
• Familiarity with Git tooling (GitHub preferred) and VS Code
• Strong organizational, delegation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
