Full-Time Privia+ Coding & Provider Relations Specialist

The Privia+ Coding & Provider Relations Specialist will support enrolled Privia providers and their staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Escalating performance concerns.
• Collaborating with Privia+ Success Manager and Program Managers.
• Assisting with provider and office support.
• Tracking and resolving provider/staff questions.
• Escalating and triaging coding questions.
• Collaborating with Privia teams and customers on performance issues and KPIs.
• Guiding providers on documentation requirements for code selection.
• Providing coding guidance (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
• Researching and interpreting coding guidelines.
• Contributing to department goals and adhering to procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, medical office training, or relevant experience.
• Required: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent.
• Required: 2+ years relevant medical coding experience (ambulatory coding, E/M, surgical procedures, diagnostic coding).
• 2+ years account management, customer service experience.
• Required: Excel experience.
• CRM (Salesforce) and data management experience preferred.
• AthenaOne experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or physician practice setting preferred.
• Compliance with HIPAA.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Confidentiality.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00
• Annual bonus potential: 10%
