Job Details
The Privia+ Success Associate will support Privia+ services for enrolled Privia providers. They will be an integral member of the Privia+ program team, responsible for data pulling, KPI monitoring, and escalating performance issues. Collaboration with the Privia+ Success Manager and Program Managers is key to success and retention. Daily tasks will include provider and office support. The ideal candidate will leverage data expertise to improve physician workflows and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor program KPIs weekly
- Aggregate data to create provider performance reports and ROI analyses
- Track and resolve provider/staff inquiries
- Escalate and manage performance issues/KPIs with the Privia+ team
- Support Privia+ Success Manager on operational projects
- Comply with HIPAA regulations
- Have honest and difficult conversations with providers/managers
- Improve physician workflows and experience
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Prioritize and multitask efficiently

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of account management or client-facing experience in physician billing
- CPC (Certified Professional Coder) required
- Excel experience required
- CRM (Salesforce) and data management experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare/physician practice setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic and tactical thinking, with the ability to scale operations
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
Technical Requirements (Remote Only):
Minimum Download Speed: 5 MBPS
Minimum Upload Speed: 3 MBPS
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 (base pay, excluding bonuses/benefits)

Bonus: Potential annual bonus up to 10%
