Full-Time Process Coordinator

BryceTech is seeking a Process Coordinator to support the Air Force Research Laboratory. The role involves coordinating daily activities, operations, and communications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate daily activities and multi-disciplinary initiatives.
• Guide the team in adopting agile methodologies.
• Manage workflow for seamless operations.
• Analyze and improve existing processes.
• Collaborate with product owners.
• Foster communication between cross-functional teams.
• Manage information flow using communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Maintain a detailed project management system.
• Track deliverables, identify improvements, and mitigate delays.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain communication, inreach, and outreach calendar.
• Improve processes for strategic alignment.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years experience in project management, workflow management, or similar roles.
• Secret clearance required.

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)
• Strong expertise in agile project management.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
