Full-Time Process Excellence Manager - Technology

• Business Process Optimization: Evaluate and redesign processes in customer service, billing, sales, field operations, finance, HR, and IT. Drive automation, digitization, and workflow orchestration for efficiency. Partner with department heads to identify pain points. Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Data Certification & Quality Management: Perform quality testing on key operational and enterprise data. Certify data used in dashboards and reports.
• Internal Control & SOX Oversight: Manage SOX testing and control evaluations. Review control design and effectiveness. Lead remediation efforts for audit findings.
• Enterprise Data Governance: Promote policies for data ownership and retention. Partner with data stewards to improve governance maturity.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Accounting or related field
• 7+ years in business process improvement/engineering, operations or transformation roles
• 3+ years in managerial or team leadership role
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex process improvement projects
• Strong skills in process mapping tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
• IT audit, Compliance, or Technology experience
• Data certification experience
• Experience with various technologies, including networks, platforms, and applications.
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes, financial reporting and information technology audit and control frameworks such as SOX, COSO, COBIT, NIST, and OWASP
• Demonstrated knowledge of business processes and system integration controls.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and familiarity with tools and techniques used to provide control and monitoring mechanisms.
