We're looking for a highly capable Process Excellence Owner to take full accountability for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of one or more critical end-to-end enterprise processes.
You will be the single point of accountability for your assigned processes, collaborating closely with Business, IT, and outsourced service partners to ensure alignment and superior performance.
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Define the process vision, mission, objectives, goals, and associated KPIs and controls in alignment with the enterprise framework.
- Hold direct accountability for the assigned end-to-end process.
- Lead and sponsor process improvement initiatives, including automation, simplification, and standardisation, to deliver efficiency and value.
- Facilitate governance forums, monitor performance and compliance.
- Partner with business units and IT to drive alignment, accountability, and ownership of process activities.
- Oversee accurate and consistent process documentation within SAP Signavio.
Now let’s talk about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in business process management and transformation.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent process improvement methodology.
- Proven expertise in SAP Signavio or similar process management platforms.
- Demonstrated capability with industry-standard process modelling frameworks (BPMN 2.0, BPML, EPC, APQC PCF, etc.).
- Experience working effectively within an outsourced service model environment.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, and Hospitality industries (desirable)
Experience in large-scale corporate environments, particularly with IT-enabled transformations (desirable)
Exposure to formal governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks (desirable)
