Full-Time Product Development Manager

We’re looking for our first Product Development Manager at Grüns!

In this role, you will lead our product development project management, driving research into ingredients and claims, innovation, process creation, cross-functional project management, and collaborations with external vendors.

This role reports into our Director of Product Development.

Responsibilities:

• Product Scientific Research Support: Research trending, upcoming, and relevant nutritional ingredients.
• Cross-functional Project Management: Coordinate with various teams and vendors.
• Process Creation & Documentation: Develop and implement clear, repeatable processes.
• Vendor Project Management: Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Support Ad Hoc Requests: Deliver on special projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field (e.g., food science, nutrition).
• 3-5 years in product management, with a focus on creative projects or product development.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects in Asana.
• Experience working on claims, new trends, and ingredient-related research.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors.
• Experience creating and documenting processes.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in a fully-remote environment.
• Experience in D2C or CPG companies.
• Proficiency in Asana, Notion, or other project management tools.
• Experience working with design teams.
