Full-Time Product Launch Manager

We are seeking a driven Product Launch Manager to implement and improve repeatable launch processes, facilitating operational execution for new products and updates. This role involves close collaboration with Product Management and other teams.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Facilitating launch planning and execution through cross-functional projects.
2. Fostering collaboration across Product & Technology, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams.
3. Identifying and managing launch risks, issues, and dependencies.
4. Supporting the Product Operations team.
5. Designing, optimizing, and driving adoption of launch management processes.
6. Driving launch management excellence through best practices and coaching.
7. Providing visibility into launch plans, schedules, and status to stakeholders.
8. Gathering and analyzing launch feedback to enable continuous improvement.

Qualifications include:

• 3-5 years experience in Product, Go-to-Market, or Customer Success.
• Higher education degree, preferably in business or technology.
• Proven track record in project management, preferably in software.
• Experience launching products, ideally in software.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience with process design, implementation, and improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Customer-centric approach and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
