Full-Time Product Manager

• Lead continuous discovery: Engage with users to understand their needs.
• Define product vision and strategy: Shape the product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Own an end-to-end product area: Take full ownership of a major feature set or product area.
• Manage roadmap and backlog: Build and maintain a prioritized backlog and product roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with designers, developers, legal experts, marketing, and sales.
• Measure and iterate: Use metrics and KPIs to track product success.
• Advocate for the user: Champion user-centered design and accessibility best practices.
• Ensure quality of delivery: Collaborate with developers to verify the final product matches the envisioned user experience.

• Experience: 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably on SaaS platforms.
• Customer-focused: Deep empathy for users.
• Analytical & data-driven: Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Agile mindset: Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
• Strategic thinker: Ability to set product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaboration & communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven & organized: Proactive and highly organized.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
